Claire Lee is a qualified British Cycling Coach Road and Track and qualified Association British Cycle Coach Level 3.
Claire has raced at National level since 2003 in time trials over distances from 10 to 100 miles.
Claire was never a naturally talented athlete; she had to train very hard for her achievements in cycling, and had to evolve a training regime that would give the maximum gains in no more than 10 hours per week.
The majority of her training has been from self coaching although she has worked together with a couple of the UK’s top coaches.
From 2004 her achievements are;
3rd Place in the National Best British All Rounder 2005
5th in the National 25 2005
10th in the National 10, 2008 with a 21min.42sec
Pb’s of 57min 3sec for 25 miles, 1hr.58sec for 50 and 4hr.8sec for 100 miles.
Best British All rounder ladies Team Award 2013.

Claire regularly works as a cycling chaperone on major endurance events (eg Deloittes, Threshold John O’Groats to Lands End in 9 days and Andy Cook Cycling Events & Training Camps Majorca & Lanzarote, Dave Le Grys Training Camps Majorca leading, groups and providing assistance and motivation for riders.
Currently as a rider Claire is still at a pretty good standard despite racing taking a back seat slightly in order to concentrate on work commitments. She still continues to knock out descent times on a limited amount of training.
Claire’s coaching will assist you in achieving your goals by giving you a progressive training schedule to increase your strength and fitness according to your goals. Through her skills as a Sports & Remedial Massage therapist she is able to provide core strength, muscle conditioning exercises and advice re injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Costs: Initial £85.00 follwed by £70 per month thereafter

An overview of training phases to meet your goals
Full descriptions of all assigned weekly training sessions
